Best Roadside Service | A new look for a national brand
Best Roadside Service needed a full website redesign and content refresh of their static HTML website. They had a logo, brand colors and a little bit of copy. Their existing site was quite a few years old and they were having difficulty maintaining it. In addition, they had two different domains – one for their membership portal and one for the main information site that needed to be properly integrated.
We reworked the content and wrote some additional copy with a focus on flow and relevance and made sure it was all tuned in to modern on-site SEO standards in their highly competitive industry. Best Roadside Service already had a strong online presence, and needed to make sure that the redesign wouldn’t affect their ranking.
We also assisted Best Roadside Service with everything from editing their standard response emails, to managing a foreign developer they had been working with in their aMember system to ensure that the design edits necessary were completed properly. Since launch, we’ve continued to work with Best Roadside Service on everyone from ongoing maintenance and support, to helping them choose a new SEO/PPC provider to consulting on blog posting and strategy to making regular website changes and additions.

Photos and Graphic Design | The site received new images, custom graphic design and impactful new copy.
Blog Update | The blog, which had posts going back a couple of years, was enhanced and now supports featured images and a new feed right on the front page.
